PURCHASING PRODUCTS

By purchasing a product Both You and Us are bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. SECURITY OF PAYMENT
For processing Your payments We use a Pay Pal shopping cart system. We do have or hold any access to any information related to your credit cards or Pay Pal accounts. Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the Pay Pal server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches Pay Pal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

2. INCORRECT INFORMATION
The price you pay for any product is the price displayed on the website at the time of placing the order. 

All products are priced inclusive of Valued Added Tax (VAT).  We will not discount the VAT on goods or services delivered to countries outside of the UK.

3. DISPATCH, DELIVERY AND INSURANCE
We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 to 7 working days from receipt of payment.  Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail Services 

The cost of delivery is inclusive in the price for UK addresses.  Where delivery is required outside of the UK the following costs for delivery per item will be charged:
• EU countries other than the UK £9.99
• USA £15.00
• Japan, Canada and Australia £19.50

Please note we can not take responsibility for any local duties required by Your customs authorities for clearing the goods. 

All products are fully insured and it is Your responsible to check all goods on receipt and before signing for delivery.

4. DAMAGED GOODS DURING TRANSPORTATION
You must inspect the goods for visual damage on delivery.  Where goods are damaged, You must inform the delivery company prior to signing for receipt and inform rob howe online within 5 working days of the damage. 

Where goods must be returned We will reimburse You for any costs incurred. 

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days after receiving the delivery of goods. The goods should be returned to Us packed in its original packaging at your postage cost. We will refund to you the cost of the goods (excluding delivery) within 30 days of receiving confirmation of the cancellation.
